About The Event
Compline Under the Stars

Compline is the ancient nighttime office of the Church, named from the Latin word completorium, meaning “completion.” This brief service is marked by quietness, prayer, and reflection before rest.
We will gather outside the new parish hall by candlelight for this peaceful service. Following Compline, all are invited to enjoy fellowship around fire pits with marshmallows, s’mores, homemade hot chocolate, and water.
One fire pit has been donated for this event, and we are in need of another. Please bring your own roasting sticks; everything else will be provided. Invite family and friends — it will be fun! This event will only be cancelled in the event of inclement weather.
