The Grace Chapter
Daughters of the King are Christian women, both lay and ordained, who are strengthened through the discipline of a Rule of Life, and supported through the companionship of our sisters. We are all at different stages of our Christian journey – some have just begun and some have been on this path for a long time. But no matter where we are on our sacred journeys, our primary goal is the same – to know Jesus Christ and to make Him known to others.

The History of Our Chapter
The St. Andrew’s chapter began around 2004 when a parishioner sought a faith-based community where women could support one another in growing spiritually through prayer, study, and service. She was led to the Order of the Daughters of the King, an Anglican fellowship founded in 1885 by a small group of women at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in New York City.
Since its beginning at St. Andrew’s, the chapter has become an active presence in parish life, maintaining a prayer list, hosting funeral receptions, supporting worship, and offering formation for prospective members. During the COVID-19 restrictions, the women continued meeting and offering introductory classes through Zoom, preserving the fellowship and faithful service that have shaped the chapter from its earliest days.
