The Adult Forum
The following Adult Forum sessions will be offered each Sunday in the Parish Hall from 9:10–10:00 a.m. All are welcome—please join us and invite a friend.

January 11 – Physical and medical changes that take place as we age (see the description below)
January 18 – Activities to help prevent the mind and body from aging too rapidly (presented by a local agency)
January 25 – Wills and Living Wills, presented by a local attorney
