At St. Andrew’s On-the-Sound, we believe faith is something we practice together.
This season, our youth are leading a supply drive to support Family Promise, an organization dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness for families with children.
For more than 30 years, Family Promise has delivered innovative, community-based solutions to family homelessness — offering prevention services, shelter, stabilization support, and housing assistance. Through this work, they have served more than one million family members, helping families move toward sustainable independence and renewed stability.
Why Household Supplies Matter
When families transition into stable housing, everyday essentials make a real difference. Items that may seem small to us help create clean, safe, and functional homes.
Our youth are collecting:
Toilet paper
Paper towels
All-purpose cleaner
Laundry detergent (including pods)
Ziploc bags (all sizes)
Tall kitchen garbage bags
Swiffer WetJet floor mops and pads
Aluminum foil
Sponges
Tissues
Liquid hand soap
Broom and dustpan
These simple supplies help families establish a strong foundation as they rebuild their lives.
How You Can Participate
Donations may be dropped off in the Old Parish Hall.
Every contribution — no matter the size — supports families working toward stability and independence. Thank you for encouraging our youth as they serve our neighbors with compassion and purpose.
Come and see what it means to be a community that cares.
