Homecoming Sunday brought more than 100 people together for food, fellowship, and a joyful Ministry Fair showcasing the many ways St. Andrew’s serves, worships, learns, and cares for our community. Fr. BJ reminded us that every person is “important, valuable, and necessary” to the life of the church, and invited each of us to consider where God may be calling us to serve.

Sunday, June 21, we celebrate fathers, grandfathers, and all the men who have helped guide, encourage, and support us through the years.

Children, parents, and all are invited to join us for a special Rogation Sunday gathering. Rogation Days are a long-held Christian tradition, dating back many centuries, when communities would walk the land, offer prayers, and ask God’s blessing on the earth and all who depend on it. This year, we’re honoring that tradition in a meaningful, hands-on way for our community.

On Easter morning, we celebrate more than an empty tomb. We celebrate new life unfolding all around us. As Fr. Michael reminded us, resurrection is not only something we believe, but something we are invited to live. As our parish history reflects, “By the grace of God, this parish has grown in faith, in love, and in its witness to the community.” That same grace is visible in these moments. The Ninth Annual Shuck-On-the-Sound Oyster Roast brought parishioners and friends together for a beautiful spring afternoon filled with oysters, music, and fellowship. With special thanks to Kevin Davidson, the Hospitality Committee, and all who helped make the event possible, it was a joyful celebration of community at its best.
