Caroline Johnson serves as the Director of Children and Family Ministry at St. Andrew’s On-the-Sound Episcopal Church, overseeing all educational programs for children and youth. She studied Elementary Education at Cape Fear Community College and Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, North Carolina.

In her role at St. Andrew’s, Caroline leads a wide range of formation offerings, from small-group Sunday school classes to intergenerational events and youth programs throughout the year. She is passionate about nurturing spiritual growth and cultivating a lifelong love of learning within the church community.

Caroline is a graduate of the Education for Ministry (EFM) program through the School of Theology at Sewanee, an experience that has deeply shaped her faith and ministry.

A mother of four, Caroline delights in time with her family, creating art, and being in nature. She finds deep joy in the relationships she shares within the church and the broader community. She treasures the opportunity to share in the faith journeys of the families at St. Andrew’s, building connections rooted in love and learning.
