Acolyte Kickoff & Training

Sunday, September 27 | 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Required for all new and returning acolytes

We are excited to kick off a new year of acolyte ministry and welcome both our new and returning acolytes! Training will begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. in the nave. This training will give everyone an opportunity to learn, review, and practice the important responsibilities of serving during worship. We will cover acolyte expectations, robes, processional and recessional procedures, and other serving responsibilities.

Following training, we will have lunch together in the Parish Hall. Parents are asked to join us at 12:45 p.m. for a brief parent meeting while the acolytes participate in a fun group activity.

We look forward to gathering together, preparing for the year ahead, and helping our acolytes feel confident and ready to serve!
