Tai Chi with Catherine

The Rev. Catherine Powell is starting a beginner tai chi group on Tuesday, September 8, at 10:30 a.m. Classes will meet every Tuesday at Church of the Servant (4925 Oriole Drive, Wilmington). All are welcome to visit or join!

Continuing students will meet at 9:30 a.m.

Cost is $5 per class, with half of the proceeds benefiting Church of the Servant.

Tai chi is a wonderful way to calm the mind and body while improving balance and mobility..
